Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Regs Tank Fab Welder - 2nd Shift to join our ES AMER ESS division. You will perform MIG/TIG welding, operate robotic welders, and handle tanks with attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities include welding in various positions, conducting pressure tests, and collaborating to meet production goals while maintaining 5S standards. Health benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Preferred: experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld in multiple positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and inside tanks.
• Operate plasma arc torch, TIG/MIG welders, robotic MIG welder, grinders and drills.
• Perform MIG repair welds and cover welding of mild and stainless steel.
• Inspect own work and ensure quality and conformance with standards.
• Maintain production counts and adhere to 5S+ housekeeping and safety rules.
• Support problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
