Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience with drilling and tapping or shell-and-tube bundle assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements on the shop floor.
• Assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair parts using hand and power tools.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide work.
• Operate equipment such as cutting torches, grinders, band saws, and drills.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied positions and heights.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
