Job summary

Beaumont Manufacturing and Distribution, LLC is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our Production team on-site in Beaumont, TX. You will read blueprints and diagrams, assemble mechanical parts, use handheld tools, and perform quality checks to ensure product quality.

You will also handle packaging and any necessary rework while maintaining a safe, organized workstation. The role reports to the Assembly Lead and requires a high school diploma or GED, with mechanical assembly experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical background or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to assemble equipment and products.
• Utilize handheld tools.
• Maintain inventory at workstations.
• Perform quality checks and testing to ensure standards are met.
• Package product for shipping.
• Rework or repair assembled equipment according to specs.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
