Job summary

LCI is seeking a Machine Operator to tend fabricating machines and assist with setup and quality control. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, offering a meaningful, safety-conscious work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include operating cutoff saws, brakes, and presses, reading specifications, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Prior manufacturing or machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabricating machines (cutoff saws, brakes, presses) to shape metal and other materials.
• Set up machines: adjust stops, guides, and layouts according to specifications.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and report safety issues.
• Monitor quality and notify if parts are non-conforming.
• Assist with setup and moving finished pieces for transport.
