Job summary

Bonnell-Aluminum is seeking an Extrusion Operator for the 3rd shift in Newnan, GA. You will load and start Age Ovens, monitor scrap, stage racks, and ensure supplies for the saw crew while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

You must read tape measures, operate the overhead crane, and drive a forklift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a skills test is required; Monday–Friday nights with potential Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand tape measures.
• Read and interpret shop orders and safety procedures.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Load and start Age Ovens; unload ovens.
• Operate an Overhead Crane.
• Monitor and remove press scrap; stage racks.
• Load metal and spacers; assist saw crew.
• Run stretcher operation and input parameters.
• Inspect parts for over-stretch/under-stretch visually.
• Read and understand tape measures.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas.
