Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Extruder/Blancher Technician to set up, operate, monitor, and clean extrusion and blanching equipment for noodle and pasta production.

You will ensure products meet recipe specifications, quality standards, and GMPs while maintaining documentation and SAP records. This shift-based role emphasizes food safety and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing settings is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to operate safely and respond to alarms or warnings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down extrusion and blanching equipment.
• Produce noodles and pasta per recipes and specs.
• Sanitize equipment using industrial cleaners.
• Wear wet suit during cleaning and sanitizing operations.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Enter and verify SAP system information.
