Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Extruder/Blancher Technician to set up, operate, monitor and clean extrusion and blanching equipment used to produce noodles and pasta.

The role emphasizes food safety, recipe adherence and quality while supporting efficient production. Shift is 10 PM–6:30 AM, Monday to Friday with occasional Sunday OT; pay is $27.28/hr plus $1.50/hr differential. Benefits include 401k with company match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing and GMPs preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down extrusion and blancher equipment.
• Produce high-quality noodles and pasta according to recipes.
• Sanitize equipment using approved chemicals and methods.
• Maintain required SAP system information and production docs.
• Follow GMPs and food safety policies and participate in continuous improvements.
