You will supervise a team of 5 FTEs, coach staff, schedule work, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards while delivering patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience.
• Experience leading housekeeping/EVS in healthcare or related service ops.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Willingness to travel between assigned locations and relocate for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EVS operations across multiple locations.
• Supervise and develop a team of FTEs; coach and train staff.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor performance and safety standards.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and efficiency; adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel between locations to provide leadership and support.
