Job summary

Atlanta Hawks is seeking a Conversion Technician I to set up, break down, and transform event spaces or production environments. This role supports venue operations with timely transitions between events, and includes a 3rd Shift from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Responsibilities include room flips, following detailed diagrams, and safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Requires a high school diploma and ability to perform physical tasks, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room flips and setups, as well as teardowns.
• Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate configurations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform physical conversions of spaces and install seats, staging, and equipment.
