Job summary

AEG Presents' Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations department in regard to event setup, changeovers, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years of related experience, knowledge of operations equipment, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift 30 lbs. Must have reliable transportation; pay is $18.00 per hour; part‑time benefits eligibility may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of operations equipment including pallet jacks, etc.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Physically assist with event setup, changeovers, and daily operational tasks including setting up, breaking down, and storing items such as tables, chairs, portable stages, and dancefloors.
• Work with Custodial Supervisor on day to day tasks.
• Assist Operations and Event Managers on relevant event/operation related information.
• Other operational responsibilities assigned as needed.
