Job summary

Legends Global’s Allegiant Stadium site seeks a Conversion Technician to support event-ready transformations, including turf, seating, stages, and related equipment. You will move furnishings, assist in setup and teardown, and help manage inventory for each event.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights and weekends, and teamwork with maintenance to ensure safe operations and timely completions.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Able to work overnight hours, weekends, overtime and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move furniture, retractable seating, stages, and equipment for events.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of synthetic turf.
• Document conversion activities and report needs to Supervisors.
• Operate machinery safely and follow procedures.
• Maintain and manage equipment inventory with maintenance team.
