Job summary

Legends at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA is hiring for a Changeover/Conversion Crew. The team handles arena setup between events, moving equipment and configuring stages, floors and barriers as needed, with occasional forklift operation.

Shifts are overnight and may range from 4 to 12+ hours, requiring safety and teamwork. Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and bend as needed, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend on a continuous basis.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a clean criminal background.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Convert from event to event and move equipment between setups.
• Set up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls; operate forklift when required.
• Ensure equipment is set up per manufacturer guidelines and company policy.
• Follow written and verbal directions and comply with policies and procedures.
