Requirements include at least 1 year in a veterinary clinic and a high school diploma or GED. Experience with ezyVet or Vet Radar is a plus; duties also include processing payments and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a veterinary clinic is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong multitasking abilities and calm demeanor under pressure are essential.
• Experience with ezyVet or Vet Radar is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting stressed pet parents with empathy.
• Managing phones, transferring calls, and staying calm under pressure.
• Handling check-ins, updating intake boards, and keeping medical teams synced.
• Processing payments with multiple methods (e.g., CareCredit, ScratchPay).
• Keeping the lobby clean, stocked with snacks, and welcoming.
