Job summary

Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department on a full-time basis. The shift is 7 PM – 7 AM, 36 hours per week with every third weekend and holiday rotations. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and day-one eligibility.

Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient-centered care, ensuring safety, and supporting patient transitions across care settings. IL RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with IL RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with BSN completion plan.
• AHA CPR certified is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience.
• Coordinate patient-centered care across the continuum.
• Utilize assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation per standards.

Education

Current IL RN license
