Incredible Health in Libertyville, IL is hiring an Emergency Department RN. Must have ADN or higher, an active RN license, and 1+ year ER experience; ACLS/PALS preferred. Strong critical thinking and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities include triage, trauma care, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to plan care and discharge decisions. Shifts include night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN or higher in nursing and active, unencumbered license.
• 1+ year ER experience preferred; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care; monitor and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans and determine disposition.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
