Qualifications

• Theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in caring for varied patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for caring for a group of complex patients requiring initial assessment and ongoing monitoring.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and coordinates nursing care.
• Precepts new employees as assigned.
• Prepares for the Mercy Health Clinical Ladder as CN II.
