Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of PSR experience in a Hospital, ER, or Clinic.
• Experience with medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in ER preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and determine needed services at front desk.
• Collect demographic information and obtain signatures for billing.
• Manage phone inquiries and maintain patient logs.
• Handle payments for co-pays and reconcile patient accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and assist with supplies.
