Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PSR in a Hospital/ER/Clinic.
• Experience in medical registration, admitting, and scheduling in an ER setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Operations: greet patients, collect demographics, verify signatures for billing, manage phone inquiries and maintain logs.
• Financial Responsibilities: collect co-pays and balances, reconcile patient accounts.
• Facility upkeep: maintain cleanliness of facility and restrooms.
• Communication: interact with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Professional development: attend monthly staff meetings and participate in improvement activities.
• Other duties: assist management with additional tasks.
