Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a dedicated CNA to support licensed nurses in a fast-paced emergency/medical setting in St. Louis County. You will assist with ADLs, vital signs, and patient care activities, while documenting accurately and ensuring patient safety.

The role requires a CNA credential, a High School diploma or GED, and offers a night shift with a 36-hour workweek and benefits eligibility. Evening/weekend rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Assistant credential required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse, promoting patient and family centered care.
• Performs ADLs, takes vital signs, and assists with intake/output as requested.
• Documents care activities accurately and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists with patient safety and ensures availability of supplies and equipment.
