Qualified candidates hold a Florida RN license, a BSN, and have prior Nursing and Charge Nurse experience. You will uphold confidentiality and Cornerstone standards in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current valid Florida RN license.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
• Completion of unit orientation and unit-specific competency checklist.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support while ensuring the quality and safety of patient care delivery.
• Coordinate, organize and supervise the provision of patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Administer medications according to established policies.
• Assist with staff orientation and professional development.
