Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous charge experience.
• Specialty certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the nursing care unit for the shift.
• Complete staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift.
• Participate in hourly rounding and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Act as on-the-ground leader to address day-to-day issues.
• Ensure care aligns with ANA standards and Halifax Health policies.
