Job summary

Mount Carmel Emergency Departments in Ohio are seeking Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts. The RN will deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and follow organizational standards. Opportunities at Mount Carmel East, St.

Ann's, Grove City, and the Lewis Center ED are available. Eligible candidates are graduates with Ohio RN licensure, with two years of experience for casual roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• For Casual RNs 2 years of experience is required.
• New graduate nurses with less than one year of clinical experience enroll in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and promotes patient safety.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborates with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Communicates pertinent information to team members in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Assumes responsibility for care provided and documented by others when appropriate.
