Job summary

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shifts. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians and staff, and ensure quality outcomes in a Level III Trauma setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience in ED or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and care teams.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care plans.
• Document thoroughly in the medical record.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines.
