Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department on the night shift. You will triage, assess, and aid in rapid decision-making for EMS and walk-in patients.

You’ll collaborate with ED clinicians to deliver high-quality care, document interventions accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A Wisconsin RN license and ALS/BLS within specified timelines are required.

Qualifications

• Licensure and certifications required prior to hire.
• ALS within 6 months of hire date.
• BLS within 30 days of hire date.
• RN license in Wisconsin or multi-state license acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage assessments to determine acuity and disposition.
• Collaborate with ED providers to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with standards.
