Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care considering age and factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process with proper terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals throughout care.
• Facilitates patient discharge through referrals and education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and supports PI/education activities.
