Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents steps of the nursing process and uses medical terminology.
• Collaborates with disciplines and supports discharge planning with referrals.
• Participates in PI and education activities and completes variance reports.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and participates in unit/PI activities.
