Responsibilities

• Assist with ADL and procedures per unit standards.
• Observe and report patient conditions to licensed nurse promptly.
• Document data and treatments legibly and accurately.
• Record vital signs, inputs/outputs in a timely manner.
• Support PI and educational activities within the unit.
