Job summary

The Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse I to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. This on-site role requires night shifts and adherence to unit policies, with limited benefits for ECB status staff.

Minimum education includes graduation from an approved nursing program and an Oklahoma RN license. 0–6 months related experience preferred, with strong communication and clinical pathway knowledge.

Qualifications

• Completion of approved nursing program and state verification.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (multi-state or Oklahoma).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with consideration for patient age, cultural and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process.
• Collaborates with other disciplines as appropriate.
• Supports unit goals through PI and educational activities.
