Job summary

Beacon Granger Hospital, part of Beacon Health System, is hiring a Full Time Night Shift Registered Nurse for the GH Emergency Unit in Granger, IN. This role requires a BSN and Indiana RN licensure, with at least three years of experience preferred.

The RN will provide nursing care in a 16-bed emergency department, perform assessments, develop care plans, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care through the night shift.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited nursing program and an active Indiana RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Emergency Department, assess patient needs, initiate and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and ancillary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and timely care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.
• Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and resource availability.
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and coordination with the care team.
