Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in Indiana.
• Within 5 years, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively performs high-risk, high-frequency procedures per standards.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity, resources, and needs.
• Identify and respond to health risks, initiating corrective actions.
