Beacon Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Emergency Care Center at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN. This full-time night-shift position offers the opportunity to provide professional nursing services, assess patient needs, and contribute to high-quality care within a collaborative team.

You will work under the Director or Manager to develop individualized care plans, coordinate with clinical staff, and ensure documentation meets established standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in Indiana.
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in the area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and implement individualized plans of care.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity, resource availability, and departmental needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes within established guidelines.
• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure compassionate, quality care.
• Advocate for patients and families to ensure appropriate care and outcomes.
