Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Emergency Care Center.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver compassionate patient care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and resources.
• Maintain accountability for decisions using evidence-based practices.
• Support development of peers through role modeling and precepting.
• Advocate for patients and families to ensure appropriate care.
