Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to provide patient assessment and implement interdisciplinary care plans. The RN will educate patients and families, support staff, and uphold professional standards as part of a team.

Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 12/36 AWS schedule; on-site hospital position under a CNA agreement. CPR/BLS and additional certifications are required for hire and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of Emergency experience as a Registered Nurse, required. May consider 2 years of acute care hospital experience in lieu of emergency experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional - REQUIRED by American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and participate in development, implementation and evaluation of interdisciplinary care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and other health professionals; provide guidance to staff and volunteers as appropriate.
