Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift in California. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families, coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

This role emphasizes clinical judgment, teaching, and patient advocacy within a collaborative unit. Requires CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications and at least 1 year of RN experience; new grads considered with program requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school and CA RN licensure.
• 1 year of clinical RN experience; new grad requirements for <12 months experience.
• Current California RN registration and board approval required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals certification required.
• ACLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale certification desired.
• PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
• Document care per department guidelines and policies.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and leadership in care delivery.
