Sharp HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our California team in San Diego. The role provides direct and indirect patient care across shifts, with a 7 PM to 7:30 AM schedule and alternating weekends.

Required qualifications include Graduation from nursing school, 1 year of clinical RN experience (new grads considered), California RN license, and AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals. Relocation incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements)
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and patient/family.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership and mentoring of other nurses.
