Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider, is seeking an experienced electro-mechanical maintenance technician for a 12-hour night shift in North Carolina. You will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate diverse manufacturing equipment, with an emphasis on reliability and process optimization.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on expertise with maintenance tools, and the ability to communicate in English. A sign-on bonus is offered and OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical/mechanical engineering tech or mechatronics is highly preferred.
• Eight years plus experience in electro-mechanical equipment in manufacturing is required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting injection presses, end-of-arm tools and robots is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and manuals; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per layouts, blueprints and manuals.
• Use test/diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and calibrate equipment.
