LG Electronics North America is seeking a Night Shift role focused on training and overseeing EPS Operators to maintain quality and efficiency on complex production lines. You will diagnose issues, develop training materials, and monitor performance, ensuring safe, compliant operation across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EPS operation, strong troubleshooting and mentoring skills, and a solid grasp of manufacturing methods, with occasional travel and bilingual Korean-English

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years EPS operation experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring/coaching Press Operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-evaluation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Some occasional international travel required.
• Bilingual Korean-English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Train EPS Operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist EPS Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and identify corrections.
• Identify training needs through regular conversations and observation.
• Assist in reviewing EPS Operator performance.
• Help develop and update EPS training manuals.
• Visually inspect production for defects based on standards.
• Monitor product quality and daily performance targets.
• Operate machinery and adjust to meet specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
