Qualifications

• 3 yrs in environmental or cleaning services field or hospital field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages process planning, defining objectives and resource needs within OhioHealth goals.
• Monitors tools used in process management such as timelines and measurement.
• Educates/trains staff across Transport and Environmental Services as needed.
• Reports on process progress to management and adjusts as required.
• Maintains department process flows and measurement records with management input.
• Promotes service standards and supervises staff with fair shift coverage.
