Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician for their Soquel, California location. The selected candidate will join a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care. Responsibilities will include patient examinations, nursing care, maintaining medical records, and communication with pet owners. Candidates should have at least 2 years of emergency experience. Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience working in an Emergency (ER).
• Experience in Triage, IVC care, and placement.
• Experience in Basic calculations, Sedations, and GA.

Responsibilities

• Determine animal requirements by conducting examinations and interviews.
• Care for patients by taking vital signs and collecting samples.
• Support patient examinations and operations as directed by the veterinarian.
• Maintain medical records by documenting patients’ conditions and reactions.
