Job summary

Animal Emergency Clinic of San Diego is seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency team, providing high-quality care during our most critical hours. You’ll work with experienced technicians and support staff in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed DVM/VMD with emergency medicine and surgery experience, able to work overnight Friday–Sunday, and committed to compassionate patient care. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed DVM/VMD with a passion for Emergency Medicine.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent surgical and dental skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent and emergency medical care to dogs, cats, and exotic pets.
• Perform diagnostics, triage, and life-saving treatments & surgery.
• Collaborate with experienced technicians and support staff.
• Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and cared for during stressful moments.
