Job summary

Horn Memorial Hospital in Ida Grove, IA is hiring a full-time RN for the Emergency/Outpatient Department night shift (7p–7a). The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, work in a team-oriented environment, and participate in a balanced holiday and weekend rotation.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Iowa or a compact state, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, PALS and TNCC within one year, and at least one year of Emergency Department experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in Iowa or a compact state.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
• PALS and TNCC certifications required within one year.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional care to patients within scope of practice; cares for outpatients and ED patients.
• Integrates policies, procedures, standards, and orders to carry out quality patient care.
