Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an RN in the State of Iowa or a compact state.
• Certification in Basic Life Support and, preferably, Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• At least one year of RN experience preferred but not required.

Job description

Full Time Night Shift RN to work the Med Surg floor.

Looking for a full time RN to work night shift on the Med Surg floor. Schedule includes 12 hour shifts (6:45pm to 7:15am) , every 3rd weekend and self scheduled holiday rotation. RN must be a team player, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to deliver excellent patient care. Excellent teamwork environment, supportive leadership, and a strong awareness of safe staffing ratios. Be part of a welcoming, fostering environment with opportunities to cross train to Emergency Department if desired. Opportunities for advancement to Charge Nurse if positive and effective leadership skills are demonstrated.

Qualifications
