Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Des Moines, IA, with nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and a 36-hour workweek.

Requirements include an active Iowa or Compact RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and current BLS; ED requires ACLS and PALS, plus COVID vaccination documentation.

The 13‑week contract includes nights, every other weekend and holiday, with total weekly pay disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Iowa or Compact) required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required for ED RNs
• Current PALS certification required (ENPC certification also accepted)
• COVID vaccination documentation required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department (Mercy Main Emergency)
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• 13-week contract assignment
