Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - performs initial and ongoing health status assessments as applicable.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - documents planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluates response to interventions and revises care plan as needed.
• Leadership - participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - supports safe and efficient unit operations as part of an HRO.
