Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electromechanical tech or related field required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Controls Coordinators and Process Engineers with process improvements involving mechanical, electrical, controls programming, robotics, and machine vision technologies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment including pneumatics, motors, drives, and servo systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair PLCs.
• Maintain and repair robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot industrial networks and communication protocols.
• Update Quality System documentation as required.
• Train operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Provide leadership and technical support to associates.
