Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Electromechanical Technology or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred with automated production equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, controls systems, and industrial automation.
• Experience with robotics and machine vision systems.
• Understanding of industrial networks and communication protocols.
• Proficiency with fabrication techniques and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Support process improvements with mechanical, electrical, controls, robotics, and machine vision.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including pneumatics, motors, drives, and servo systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability and performance.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair PLCs; maintain robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and train operators on proper operation and maintenance.
• Update Quality System documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
