Job summary

LALA U.S., Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks an Electro/Mechanical Technician to perform preventive maintenance on automated production lines and diagnose electrical/mechanical issues for a clean, well-lit, highly automated facility.

The role requires a strong maintenance background with robotics, automation, PLCs and electrical/electronic skills. Shift is 6:00PM–4:30AM, Sunday–Wednesday, with a $5,000 hiring bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance experience with robotics, automation, PLCs.
• Knowledge of production machinery repair, pneumatics/hydraulics and electrical/electronic skills.
• CMMS experience is highly desired.
• Ammonia training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions using tests and publications.
• Report and take action to prevent food safety and quality issues.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and related systems.
