Job summary
LALA Branded Products LLC is seeking an Electro/Mechanical Technician in Omaha for 2nd/3rd shift maintenance on a highly automated production facility.
The role focuses on preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and ensuring food safety and quality. A strong background in mechanical/electrical maintenance and robotics/PLC familiarity is essential. A $5,000 hiring bonus is available; shift differential applies after 6 PM.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background required.
- Experience with food processing and packaging equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of production machinery repair, troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical/electronic skills.
- CMMS experience is highly desired.
- Ammonia Training is a plus.
- Must have at least 2 years in Maintenance with Robotics, Automation, PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned systems (scheduled and unscheduled).
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical malfunctions using tests and publications.
- Report and act to prevent food safety and quality problems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and related systems.
