Zusammenfassung

KION Group is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Tech 3 for the Cincinnati, OH facility. Responsibilities include day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Dematic Multi-shuttle, ASRS, and conveyors. The role starts on the 3rd shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am, Mon–Fri) with possible overtime and weekends.

Base pay range posted is $30–$35 per hour. Final compensation depends on location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or vocational training helpful.
• Specialized skill training/certification is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
• Proven experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and identify resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
• Respond to service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to tackle them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
