Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Tech 3 in Cincinnati, OH, starting on 3rd shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am). You will troubleshoot and maintain ASRS systems, conveyor lines, and related equipment, with overtime and possible weekend work.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and accurate work-order documentation in the asset management system. Team collaboration and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• An associate's degree or vocational training helpful.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with data like labor hours and parts used.
• Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and identify resources needed to resolve them.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure specs.
• Respond to service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to tackle them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
